How much do you charge to manage my property?
We manage a select number of luxury homes. After a free on-site consultation to understand your goals and needs, we provide a detailed business proposal outlining all fees and services.
What do you handle as a property manager?
Based on your needs and goals, we can build your listings, manage turnover and cleaning services, and coordinate outside maintenance—removing stress from the homeowner.
Will I be able to see my occupancy and rental income?
Yes. Each homeowner receives access to our platform to view occupancy and expected revenue.
If I decide to sell my home, how does that work?
Please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll coordinate pausing bookings and work with you to close out or transfer existing reservations as needed.
